All Your Fault!!!!!

Gotta blame it on someone or something.... and you are all playing with plants and dirt, so good target.
To expand the fledgling herb operation, looking to get a 4 x 4 pop up flower house for early spring. Can put on deck, south face, hugged to house, and is sheltered from most wind. By March don't have much under 25 or so, but then sometimes bad. April iffy, last frost date April 15th. This would not be for basil, tender under 40, but others that can take cool.
After frost gone, put everything in better location take down mini-greenhouse. Come November put it up again to extend season a few weeks.
Perhaps I am just bummed at things going to down time, when could do different.
