Graveling garden, Please help : (

Hi All

This is my first post so just let me say Hi!

Now I know this may seem like a silly question but any help and advice would be truly appreciated.

I have just gravelled my Garden, I love to see a nice lawn but unfortunately my Jack Russell doesn't : )

I used a turf cutter to remove all the turf and then I laid Terram 1000 (I'm hoping this is the right stuff?) before laying the gravel on top. When I laid the gravel it was suprisingly quite dusty, is there anything I could do to clean it or will it naturally improve with time (It has only been down a day)

Many thanks in advance

Well, rain will wash alot of it off and the grass will probably use some as nutrients. Or are you planting grass?

No mate. The gravel is being left. We like grass but our Jack Russell rips it up as he runs around like a lunatic :)

Hi Noyce,

You can rinse the gravel with a hose or the rain will do it for you. Probably best to rinse it off so doggie doesn't get all that dust in his nose. :|
