Can anyone identify this indoor tree?

We received an indoor 5' tree as a gift. The label said that it was a ficus but I know that it is not a ficus benjamina. It has white flowering spikes which are drying up and there is some leaf dropping. If I knew what it was I could give specialized care.

Please try again to post the picture of the tree. You can find instructions in the Webmaster's thread of Helpful Hints. :)
