Holes in leaves of a salvia divornirum

I have a salvia divornirum plant and I have it in a makeshift terrarium with an upside down fish tank for humidity I spray the walls of the tank. my problem is that I keep geting these little tiny holes on the top leaves, I know its not bugs or anything, what could this be?

Well, I was going to say that you had some insects feeding on yoru plant so, if you are positive that it is not insects, I actually don't have the foggiest.

Fungal infects usually don't result in holes, but rather brown or black spots or even mush.

How do you know that it isn't insects?

Given that you have a terrarium set up, I would think that this would be the perfect place for insects to congregate, unless it is entirely closed off.

it is closed off, but do you think it could be a result of my light I am using?
