Yes, it's very lovely. Do they produce seeds? If yes then how would I go about getting those.

Dahlias are perinials however in colder climates are grown as annuals, they should bloom till fall . Dahlias are tubers and can be lifted from the soil and stored for winter if your in a cooler climate. They are supposed to attract hummingbirds however mine don't.

Yep its a dahlia. I bought 8 of them to line a path this spring. They are really cute for accents.
