What is this plant? (picture attached)

I bought 2 of these a couple years ago at Lowes. My dog destroyed one, and I thought she destroyed this one. But, it has apparently decided it's the "little shrub that could."

I don't recall the name, but I believe the attached I.D. card said it would grow to 8 ft. tall, and produce berries.

What is it, and can you add any more information?

I recognize it, I just don't remember the name. I see them at nurseries all the time. Try asking at a nursery.
