getting rid of snow on the mountain

Does anyone know how I can get rid of my snow on the mountain? I have already planted other plants around it and don't want to kill them too. Trying to pull them out roots and all is not working! Thanks!

I don't know the plant but, it may be that it grows on a Rhizome and if such, then you have to be very careful to remove everything or it will grow back from a tiny piece of the rhizome.
