HELP. Wild Fruit Identification! (Wild Balsam Apple)

I found this stunning wild fruit with fleshy bright red seeds growing on huge vines in my backyard in South Florida. What is it?

Wild Balsam Apple (Momordica charantia). (I think it's also known as Bitter Melon, but I'm not positive they're exactly the same species.)
