Same Problem

ok guys I manneged to fix up a pic of a flower on the unknown plant here it is

oh and you where right Kisal the purple plant is a Ti Plant and its doing very well but I do have a question about it, do they ever flower?????
Some of the leaves at the top are unfolding I guess that's all they do?????

Ti plants are grown for their foliage, but they do flower--it's just not considered the primary reason to grow it, I guess. No, I've never seen a flower, so I can't describe it for you.
(oops, meant to say the second photo...)Reminds me of a sweet... sweet... junk, I can't remember what it's called, but it's a woody shrub with bottle-brush-y white flowers on it, flowers in June here and does have a sweet vanilla-like fragrance. Sweetspire! Man, I miss my mind sometimes...
