Another Tree Identification Question

Thanks again for all who helped identify my redbud tree. There is another one that I am hoping to learn the name of.

TIA,
Erin

I am not a tree afficionado, but that looks like what I've learned is a decorative plum.

If it's blooming right now (May 12) in upstate New York, I'd go for a "plum" identification, too.

I agree--purple leaf plum.

Thank you, helpful gardeners! It is really nice to finally know what these pretty trees in my yard are. :D
