My cat used Ficus as his litter box :(

I love my was tall, green and happy until she met Max.
Last Saturday 10/15/05 I found my Ficus in a state of shock. All the soil was out of the pot and on the floor. My beautiful cat Max had nothing to do, so in order to amuse himself he decided to use Ficus as his littler box. Unfortunately, I did not find this out until Monday, when my room started to smell like urine. I don't know much about plants, but my first instinct was to repot it ASAP (so I did).
Will my Ficus survive? Is there anything else I can do to make her feel better?

thanks in advance.

Your ficus was probably burned by the excess nitrogen. Just give it a good watering and wait and see.

OOch! Poor plant!
Yep, give it water. Probably in repotting it you changed out some of the soil? So long as the roots are not disturbed it may help if the rest of the soil is fresh and free of kitty urine.
