I think it's a begonia, maybe a strawberry begonia...

Almost looks like a waterlily, but that stem says begonia...

Definitely not a waterlily! This a begonia, I suspect "begonia grandis" or sometimes commonly known as "wax begonia.

(I never thought it was a water lily, but that leaf is just so reminiscent...)
