Planting trees
I want to plant trees for the planet, but I don't have the money to buy land and to plant trees, I was thinking of joining a group that is doing this. Do you guys have any idea?

If you're looking for a more personal touch, you can buy tree seeds at most garden stores. Colorado blue spruce and other evergreens are probably the easiest to find. Start these in a plug tray according directions on the back of the seed package. Nurture and transplant your seedlings until they are big enough to share with local schools or community groups for Earth Day or Arbor Day.
You can grow fruit trees the same way... think Johnny Appleseed. ;o) I have 3 apple trees growing on our front lawn grown from seed.
Have fun!
