First one looks like a Pachira a.k.a. Money Tree in the leaves but has no trunk, come to think of it they both have Bamboo like qualities.

First is a Schefflera. Second, dunno, looks like a Dracaena with a broader leaf to me, or maybe a Syngonium.

The first is a Schefflera. If it has cream and green leaves it's of the variety Trinette. The second Could be Dieffenbacia sp. or Aglaonema sp.. Many different varieties of these two.

We just gave you the first one. The second one is a lot of guess work. Try looking up the names offered and see if you can find any web images that look like what you have.
