Hi, and welcome to the site. Whether the plant is an indoor or outdoor plant depends on the species and its natural climate. 82ºF (28ºC) is fine for most trees, tropical, subtropical, or temperate, to be outside. How much light the tree needs is another story. Some trees like full sun, some partial, and still other more shady positions. Until we know what you're trying to keep, we can't really suggest optimum placement.

Nakochan, The leaf looks like a citrus of some sort, I cannot see any thorns so that would wipe out lemon or grapefruit. But that is just a first guess.

As you are in Singapore I would guess that frosts and cold spells are not applicable so it would be best if it were outside.

In general do not place in direct sun, again I would say that the intensity in Singapore is high, and mainly because the soil would dry out too quick.

My preference is for larger pots then most bonsai's are seen in. They allow the tree to develop a bit quicker, and the greater amount of soil gives a little more tolerance to watering.
