Attack of the two year old

So my two little yearlings, that I'm trying to train into bonsai, are at home right now (as opposed to here in the office)
I have a very precocious two year old, with a fixed idea in his mind of where everything is supposed to be. Apparently, he felt the pots didn't belong here, they belonged over there.
I caught the difference a few hours later, there's unlikely to have been any harm done. Still, this is one unusual thing that can happen with small trees I thought I'd share with you all. :D

Starting to train them at TWO seems to be the underlying theme here. Maybe best NOT to let your precocious apprentice watch you trimming and wiring

...or maybe it was just a typical two’s play-date activity with a little dominance or territorial posturing towards the visitors.

I think he should have his own plant to care for. A Japanese tradition is to start a bonsai when a child is born and then keep it for a lifetime, then pass it on to the next generation.
