Any idea how compost tea works?

I heard about compost tea and garden tea bag. Does it really works. I was told it is the best things my trees can have.

Any advise?

I have on occasion used a sort of manure tea but never exclusively so I can't offer any conclusive observations. I can't see any reason not to use it but would think that if you used nothing else you would need to use it fairly often.
