Hi,
Need your help. I bought a bonsai for my partners birthday end of September and its been fine until this week. Now its losing leaves and branches, when we noticed this we moved it from the dining room to kitchen window sill, south facing. Its been there a day or two but no improvement (my partner is impatient. Expects everything immediately)
Ive up loaded a photo so if anyone can identify the type of tree that would be great. Bought from a garden centre which didn't even have a name tag.

I'm no expert, but I think what you have is a Chinese pepper tree, Zanthoxylum
