how to root an arboricola cutting

in another thread, I was told to root a scheff cutting to pot it, put it in a baggie and wait. can someone give me some more details?

should it be sealed? can I use a cylinder of plastic to hold in humidity but open at the top? (like a cut soda bottle?)

how many leaves on the cutting to leave on?
how deep to put in soil?

thanks,
g

Art;
Here's the way I root cuttings. Remove leaves on bottom 1 inch, Place in 4 inch clay pot to about ¾ inch in your soil mix, water well, let drain, place in a gallon size baggie and seal, keep in warm well lighted area. Check for grow in 3 weeks. If you see top growth, open bag for a couple hours the first day to let plant adjust to dryer air. Then reseal. Next day open the bag for 4 hours and so on for 4 days. It should root in 3-4 weeks, but make sure there is top growth before opening.
