Chinese Elm sapling not well

Hello, I'm hoping someone can give me a little advise on this, I've got a Chinese elm sapling that I manage to grow from seed , this is the only one of 30 seeds that germinated, and its starting to look a little unhappy . As you can see , the middle set of leaves are dried up, I don't think I've under watered it, the soil is always slightly damp to touch ,.... Anyone got any suggestions? Sorry the picture is sideways lol.

I need mr miyagi,

Sorry, I don't know what is up with the seedling. A plant that little will not require much water so be careful about how often you water. Also make sure you have good air circulation incase it is a fungal issue. Anyone else have any thoughts?
