can Bonsai be fruit trees that give fruit?

does any one raise fruiting Bonsai trees and if so how long before they fruited? :)

That is clearly a very old tree.

I have never tried it and don't know how long it would take to fruit, but in general cherry trees (not bonsai) take 3-7 years to produce fruit, citrus and figs take a couple years. Don't know if keeping them miniaturized would slow that down or not.

Good evening OP to answer your question...yes. And the fruit will be regular sized, unless the tree or sion is of a dwarf cultivar. Remember bonsai are regular trees, that go through life cycles which include flowering and fruiting. Bonsai in the angiosperm family will flower and produce fruit/seed once fertilized.
