I have just discovered that my bonsai is literally crawling with tiny brown oval bugs, I sprayed my tree down with a mixture of alcohol gel, soap and water to try and cure the problem.
I am worried that there may be eggs or insects hiding in the soil, is this likely and if so, how do I fix it?
Any theories would be appreciated.
