I need help identify my bonsai tree. :)

Hello everyone,

I am new to forums and keeping plants. I am in college so they don't always get the TLC they need. But I have been have huge difficulty with my Bonsai. It keeps dropping some of its leaves(a lot of them). I don't know what type it is either. So I can't even try and Google it.

Thanks for the help everyone,

The bonsai in the first picture is a ginseng ficus. Ficus are prone to dropping their leaves when they are moved from one place to another or their environment is changed, especially light levels or temperature, or as a reaction to over or under watering. The good news about this is that since they readily lose their leaves, they also readily grow them back, once they get adapted and have conditions they like.
