I'm new about bonsai...please help with bougainvillea

I'm new here and I need some help from bonsai people out there, I have a bougainvillea and I need some information on how I will take good care of it as a dwarf tree also what fertilizer I will use and does fish emulsion fertilizer will do great on my boug?. Thanks!
