9flight, welcome.

What are your concerns for this hearty temperate zone shrub?

Most juniper cuttings come on pretty small feet. Keep liberally supplied with light, and away from heating-AC ducts. It will tolerate chilling from a cold window sill just fine.

Due to lower light levels some interior needles may brown and die back. You will correct this by moving it outdoors in the spring.

Learn how to use a chop-stick to water at need, and not to schedule. I would not fertilize untill after you repot into dedicated bonsai soil in April or May.
