karate kid bonsai

Hi, its me agin, and I had a question regarding a juniper known as the karate kid. I was told by several websites such a tree could be grown indoors. Not that I would keep it indoors, but I was just curious. Can it be an indoor tree? And, if not, ARE ther any junipers capable of being grown indoors? I know some are tropical, but are any 'indoorable'?

Karate kid is most emphaticly NOT a species of juniper, Nor is it a style of bonsai.

Where are you reading this? I would be very very doubtful of the vast majority of claims of long term indoor juniper survival.

The short answer is no, It needs a dormancy and the light would be inadequate also. Read this: https://www.bonsai4me.com/SpeciesGuide/Juniperus.html
And this:

If you have exceptional skills and are VERY VERY lucky You might manage to keep it alive for a year or two.

NONE of the people who rely upon bonsai for their income grow them indoors...If THAT tells you anything.
