Bonsai rescue

My ilex crenata is not well and I don't know if it is the lack of light or the water or else ? I know it is an outside bonsaï but it is a gift and I have no garden. I put it in front of the biggest window and it has been really ok for one year.
But since one week, there have been more and more yellow leaves and when I touch them they fall because they are all dry. There are also some dark marks on some leaves. I think that one of the big branch is dying. Could you please give me some advice ? Should I transplant my bonsaï ? more water, less water ? I'm confused. Here is some pictures to help. Thanks again !!!

I put some photos on this web site :

You are zone 8-A, I cannot imagine why you would keep your Ilex indoors.

It is only an outdoors tree in your zone.

I'm sure its been over watered and under-lighted.

Ilex crenata is hearty to zone 5-B

No tree, not the tenderest fig does well with only a windows light.
