Yes,
Get it in in a [larger] training pot with proper soil [Far more gritty than the current-That looks almost like potting soil :( ]and back outside it goes to: let it grow let it grow let it grow. A good look at the nebari would help to determine the front.

Nope, Without seeing the nebari I have no idea where the front of this tree is. For Literati [Bunjin] Some more movement in the trunk would be essential as well as a tighter placement wrt foliage and branch development etc..

Give us some idea of where you would like to take this, Virts, Pics, Etc.

If you mean 'How do I wire?' See these: https://www.bonsai4me.com/Basics/Basics_Wiring.htm

No, There is a long time to go before I would be worried about jin or shari.

Here is a bit about the care of pines: https://www.bonsai4me.com/SpeciesGuide/Pinus.html

And pruning pines: https://www.bonsai4me.com/AdvTech/ATPine%20Pruning.html

Pruning pines is a study in and of itself. To develop this tree is going to take Time, Study, and dedication.
