caring for my juniper

I am somewhat new to bonsai. I have been reading a lot about how to care for my juniper this winter. I live in Pittsburgh ( go Penguins ) can someone tell me exactly what to do with my tree this winter. Can I leave it outside or should I bring it in when the temp falls below 30 degrees? Is it ok to bring it in then back outside or will this back and forth hurt the tree? Will snow hurt? Please give as much info as possible. Thanks.
