Fukien Tea Bonsai - Questions & Pics Inside

I just got a Fukien Tea Bonsai tree and I've been reading up on a lot. I keep my Bonsai by a window that gets sunlight, and sometimes I use the Grow Light for really rainy days where it doesn't get sun.

I wait for the soil to become completely dry, then rewater from the top, allowing it to drain but without completely soaking or drowning it.

My Fukien Tea tree has a little bit of mold on the top of the soil (probably from a recent watering, I'm not worried.) I also see very small white spots on the trees leaves..I'm not sure if this is normal? (Pictures below)

I've seen that it helps to post the pictures of it for more knowledgeable people to see and recommend things.. Any helpful insights? So far so good?

the yellow look on some of the leaves are just the light above the plant itself.

Nice tree! The white spots are normal. Good luck with your tree!
