doesn't look promising, the question is what does the trunk look like. If the trunk is relatively thick it may still have a chance of recovering only if conditions r right. There's alot of ifs I know. I'm not sure what environmental condition it's being kepted in and how you've been watering it. 1st find out if the lower part of the trunk is still green under the bark.
