I have 2 problems.1. Fukien Tea Tree - well established but battling with what looks like black dirt on leave and some of the branches. Is this a fungus and if so how do I treat it? Other than that the tree seems to be shooting new leaves but growth is sparse.
2. Orange Jasmin - recently purchased from nursery and moved indoors. It was under shade net and it is winter. Leaves are falling off despite sunny location, watering and plant food? Was very expensive and I would not like to loose it - can anyone give some clues?
