old gold Chinese juniper design

Here is a juniper I received from a friend who didn't want to deal with it.
the three trunks also have me stumped. I'm not sure whether I want to take off one of the trunk, or take off 2 trunks or take off no trunks. one of them has some natural weathered dead wood on it.

I need to repot this tree and take down the amount of foliage to start shaping the final form of the tree.

it is and old "GOLD" but I think the tree is a little too yellow. I used some liquid seaweed on it so we'll see.
