Chinese elm

Good evening
I have kept a Chinese elm for about 4 months.Going on holiday for 2 weeks I left it with a neighbour. I have it on a west facing window. My carer placed in on a north facing window. It had shed 50% of its leaves. It is now recovering quite well with small buds appearing. Do I feed it or not? Any help would be appreciated.
I live in Lancs UKBest regards

Just let it recover, Trees are almost NEVER underfed.

After it recovers, Feed it if you wish.

Remember to limit your watering to when the tree requires it as it will have much less transpiration [moisture loss] with less foliage.

good luck,
