I think my tree is dead :(

I have a 5 tree Italian Cypress forest and one of them is crispy :( Is there anything I can do to try to save it? Any ideas on what might have killed it? Thanks for your help.

The most common causes of of death in beginner bonsai are overwatering and indoor conditions. Underwatering probably comes in third. Where are you keeping this tree and how are you watering it? Also, sometimes a tree looks dead and then recovers. I'm not familiar with thi species so I can't say how tolerant they are. Keep it around and continue to care for it and see if it shows signs of life.

Didn't you just get this tree? There might be a warranty on it...
If the other 4 trees look ok, it might just have gotten damaged when shipping or something, if the others look like they are going to follow suit, check your watering habits...
