a pic thats not sideways would be better but it looks like a fukien tea...the only reason I say this is because I think I saw a little white flower...does it have white flowers? that's not the only way to determine..like I said a horizontal pic would be better if possible...

Its a Serissa.

Smaller leaves, notice how they branch out at internods, while a fukien tea leafs are in clumps, and will sprout from tough bark.

Thanks Sharp! it is indeed a serissa! I noticed when I saw the identical flowers and leaves on pics from google. sweet...
