G'day
I recently started my first bonsai. (His name is Rustle.)
I got him from my local nursery (They sell bonsai starters)
and the label said that it was a Trident Elm but the man that helped me
said it was a Trident Maple and now I'm just confused.
P.S. the leaves are small and have 3 points.

Hi bonsaiguy55,
Rustle is a trident maple - native to areas of Asia and known for the 3 points, thus the 'tri' in the name. It most likely was misslabled.
A quick GOOGLE search will show you here https://typesofmapletrees.com/.
Trident maples are a very good choice for a beginner bonsai and make excellent material to work with.
Congrats on your new 'baby'. Hope to hear more from you as you care for it.
