Small growth from the soil near the trunk of my Fukien Tea

Hi Everyone,
In the last few days, I've noticed a few little "plant looking" green shoots growing up from the soil of my Fukien tea tree- there are four of them, about a quarter to half an inch tall, bright green, and look like miniature three leaf clovers on top. They are growing about half an inch from the trunk, in a rough half circle pattern.

Any ideas on what these are? If they're bad, is there a best treatment?

Thanks everyone!

Let's see what they look like.

But, just from what you've said, they sound like clover. Pull them out. I get things growing in my pots all the time. They are outside and seeds blow in. They are probably weeds and need to be pulled out.
