hello my name is ethan, 15 years of age and I just recently purchased a bonsai tree at menardes....I recently discovered that was a big mistake...I have posted some pictures here....what type is it?

on one of the pictures I think you will see I have already pryed the glued on pebbles off....please help me save this tree before it dies...tell me what to do please...I realy don't want to waste my 30 dollars here folks...I want this to be a recovering experience to make it a great one that will keep on giving for years....thanks
