Being new to bonsai I would like some experienced opinions on whether or not to cut a new branch- type-thing! from the bottom of my serissa. Which incidently was their when I bought it. I have tried researching the web about it but their are so many views and opinions on what to do with it I'm a confused to say the least!. The new bit is at the back of the pic by the base of the tree.
