Brazilian Raintree Bonsai

My boss has one in his office - southwest exposure, Orlando, Florida. There are little white bugs in the soil, and he's having problems with yellowing leaves. Any help you can give in resolving these issues is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm going to guess that the little white bugs are aphids. Best way to get rig of them is to pick them out of the soil and place them in a bowl of soapy water.

The tree is probably dying because it is sitting in the window and is inside.
Windows are really bad places for trees because they have vast temperature extremes between day and night and tend to get this intensified sunlight during the day.

If you can't move the tree outside (where it will be much healthier, though being a tropical tree....) then at least take it away from the window.

Pehaps your boss should try a tree that is suited to your climate and not a tree that (from the sounds of the common name is suited for Brazil).
