leaves are going yellow and dropping off

as you all know I am new to bonsais and my fuikin tree has looked really healthy until now some leaves are drying and turning yellow and dropping off. I have read in other posts this is a sign of over or underwatering I have been carefull about this but it does dry out quickly and I have been submerging it in water every 3 days to keep it moist is this too much???? its sis on a south facing window is this too much direct sun for it all help appreciated.

Hi I also have a Fukien tea and have learned a lot! I know if the leaves are crispy its under watering and if they are just yellow turning an ugly broen its over watering

To address the light issue TOO LITTLE Fukien tea I was told by a bonsai artist needs to have plenty sunlight maybe 1-3 hours direct sunlight the rest of the day indirect.

As the watering don't water on schedule like that stick a chopstick in the soil for 2-3 minutes if it comes aout dry water

thank you the leavesare definetly crispy!! so I must be underwatering? so I shall leave it with penty of sunshine but give more water?
