I have a juniper Old Gold which I have been training for the last 10 yrs.
I have made a boo boo this year and I think I have done to much work on it at one time.
can any one suggest what I can do to help it recover,it is still alive just .

It's funny you should say that. I also have an Old Gold and I also got a little carried away with it this spring. It is recovering nicely now, I would say just keep in in good condition and let it grow out for now with no pruning. After it regains some foliage and vigor you can contemplate the next round of ahh 'styling'
