grape vine bonsai

I too loved getting the plant. Had is since the beginning of june. Live in Las Vegas so the plant is in my kitchen window getting morning sun. Not sure if I over water but the leaves are turning yellow and falling off. Suggestions? I appreciate any help

This is probably the case. You should also know that a grape is not a plant one can keep indoors, and needs to have some form of winter.
