My sad Juniper Bonsai :(

Hello.
About 2 months ago I bought a juniper bonsai. I've been watering it every 5-6 days, fertilizing it every month, keeping it in indirect sunlight, misting it every morning, I've checked for bugs, but my tree is beginning to go brown  I feel terrible.
Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is there something else I can do to make it healthier. Thank you.

You may need to water it more. These trees do like a drying period between waterings but don't let the soil go completely dry.

Also these like direct sun and shade or filtered sun during the hottest part of the day.

Check the soil if it is moist wait another day and check the soil again.
If the top 1/4 inch of soil is dry thats when I water.
Water from the top until water runs out the drain holes in the pot, let it drain a little while then do it again. this helps make sure you have thoroughly watered your tree.

2slade2,

Are you keeping this tree inside or outside? From your comments I am unsure. Junipers are a poor candidate for indoor culture. If you are unable, or prefer otherwise, there are much better choices for indoor bonsai.
