That's a pretty tall order. It can take years to learn the nuances of training Pines. For now the most important thing to know is that you need to preserve the low branches. Unlike most deciduous trees (Maples or Elms) that back bud easily Pines will not back bud on old wood so readily. Once those lower branches are gone your styling options are greatly limited.

In order to achieve movement and taper one of your lower branches will eventually become your new leader. One may also become your first branch, you will not be able to make any decisions until you receive the tree. In the meantime all growth helps to build bulk in the trunk and should be encouraged and not pruned unless it begins to interfere with the all important lower branches.

Here are some links to get you started on your research.

uzeyr,

I can see why you are pleased, it is a nice looking Pine. Good for you. 8) I like it better than the taller one but I am not really a fan of the literati style.
I noticed its really got a craggy bark
Use caution when you handle it, you don't want to dislodge any of the plates.
many of the needles have been cut through I mean alot of the needles :( I think to reduce teh size but will it affect the tree ?
This is not the way that needles are reduced on a Pine, I think the grower took a 'short cut'. Needles are reduced by timed pruning of candles, not simply shortening the needles. There is not much you can do about it now. The tips may brown at the cut sites but I don't think it will effect the health of the tree.

If you have not read the articles on Evergreen Gardenworks I strongly suggest you do so, then read them again. Your tree is more advanced than I envisioned and you need to learn to maintain it rather than simply grow it out as I alluded to before.
also the wire are still lon teh whole tree don't look like th3ey are biting in but there are wires
As long as they are not cutting into the branches you are OK. When you decide to remove the wire cut it off carefully, don't try to unwind it in order to reuse it.

Are there buds that look like they are ready to open up soon?
