deshojo maples and wind and sun

I have a few japanese red maples (deshojo) but today I noticed some of the new foliage is burning like black burning I was so worried it has been sunny so I keep them in the sun its also been very windy and I read somewher they must be kept away from wind so I built this custom made shelter thats got a plastic see through cover but blocks the wind the second maple is in here and it seems to be fine would u suggest I put the other maples away into the shelter ???
or is there another reason for the burinig of the leaves

uzeyr,

Strong sun and wind both can damage these Maples, they're understory trees after all. If one is doing better under shelter why not move the other there as well? Don't expect the scorched leaves to repair themselves though.
