Juniper I have no idea how to care for it!

Please anyone out there! I have a juniper tree and I have no idea how to care for it.I was so desprate to get one I used $2 bills to pay for it but I made the mastake of not resurching! :cry: I have no idea how old it is ether! this what I know, info about my tree and questions I have...

:my tree is 6.5 inches tall from the bass of the tree to the top of the branches.iv had it for 4monthes but thats not how old it is. how old is it?
:my tree is not lookin to good. it less green than it was when I got it sort of a pail green. its not growing much.the branches are breacking off easy too. is it dead or is it dorment?
:Where should I put it inside or outside and in what seasons?

ps the guy I bought it from gave me this green liquid that he said to put 20 drops on every 3 monthes I did that and its called "green green". should I use it?

Not to be mean but you will get a lot more replies if you use a regular font size and color and try to use correct punctuation and spelling. I recommend using Firefox because it has a spell checker.

As for the fertilizer it is a nitrogen rich fertilizer and you're better off with one that is more balanced. There was a thread about it not too long ago.
