I have a seedling wisteria I'm growing (I'm aware that it may not flower anytime soon. That's fine.) I'm considering turning it into a bonsai once it gets older, but while it's doing that, I'm not sure how to treat it.
I found information about growing wisteria in a pot, staking it and training it to grow as a tree. Should I just go from there? I'm mostly not sure if I should stake it if it'll eventually be a bonsai. Logic says yes.
