My friend in San Diego bought some seedling winter tomatoes which come from Oregon and Canada, and she said they are growing like mad right now. I have tried all over the LA area to find these, to no avail. I do not want to buy the seeds. Any suggestions?

What varieties are they? And more importantly where did your friend get them, you should be able to do the same.
